Nicole Cooper

Nicole Cooper began her medical writing career in 1998, after graduating from Princeton University with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Medical writing was a natural fit for Nicole because it allowed her to merge her love of writing with her interest in biology and medicine. After rising through the ranks of two medical communications companies, she launched Cooper Johnson Communications to focus exclusively on medical writing and content development. Since then, she has developed scientific content for a broad range of audiences, including physicians, nurses/nurse practitioners, pharmacists, pharmaceutical sales and marketing personnel, and veterinarians.
Rich Friel

Rich graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a degree in English. He began his career in medical publishing before transitioning into medical communications in the 1990s, becoming a trusted and highly valued editorial team leader and manager. Looking for a new challenge, he leveraged his skills and experience to become a full-time medical writer in 1997. Over the past 20+ years, Rich has developed expertise in a diverse range of therapeutic areas by developing a wide variety of promotional and educational initiatives.
